Policies and Measures
Jiangsu has formulated a series of policies and measures to intensify its international exchange in science and technology. Now the province programme for international science and technology cooperation is worked out to support and encourage local scientists to maintain links with their foreign counterparts and adopt the advanced technologies and excellent talents from abroad. Favorable policies are put in place to attract foreign invested R&D institutes to Jiangsu.
