Database under construction

In order to strengthen the international cooperation of science and technology, facilitate advanced technology transfer toward Jiangsu Province, instructed by the Department of Science and technology of Jiangsu Provincial Government, we are working hard to build the “three nets and three bases”. Three connection networks of Chinese consulates in foreign countries, foreign organizations in China and research institutes, Universities and technology transfer companies abroad as well as three database—foreign scientists and experts database, state-of-the-art technology information and technology wanted in the Jiangsu province will be completed. According to the plan, we have basically finished the construction of foreign scientists and experts’ database (Beta version), and the profiles of more than 100 foreign scientists and experts have recorded in the data. Ten distinguished foreign advisors will be chosen from the database.
